Gluten Free Baking

with Robin Ellenberger

Skyranch van glow logo on whiteRobin Ellenberger established her dedicated gluten free bakery Skyranch Bakehouse in 2009 to meet a growing demand for freshly baked bread required by coeliacs and others.

Now in its 5th year this micro-sized business is a great success story. Robin will be speaking at our next meeting so bring your questions, hear her story, and  share some gluten free afternoon delights.

( I have tried the cinnamon crisps  – yummy! homebaked from her packaged mix and am completely addicted to Bunsky with hot soup, which i have yet to try baking at home. I usually purchase from Wholefoods in Burnie or Marie’s Health Food in the Fourways Devonport. )
