One of my favourite books has to be Ian Gawler’s biography “the Dragons Blessing”. In it he says scathingly of so called ‘spontaneous remission’ that there was nothing spontaneous about it! He worked bloody hard at it! Here’s a story for him to add to “REMARKABLE RECOVERIES”Surviving cancer against the odds. What are the chances? How is it done? Public address given by Dr Ian Gawler OAM at the launching of the book Surviving Cancer by Professor Chris O’Brien May 2008 http://iangawler.com/info/articles/Remarkable%20Recoveries.pdf
If you are not familiar with his story Ian was a vet who collected on his life insurance as he was at the end of conventional western therapies including having his leg amputated for osteosarcoma. Using this money he embarked on a world journey investigating meditation and other techniques that led to his ultimately healing from this – he was a trail blazer. Decades later Natascha who is english and had bone and brain mets from primary breast cancer by 2012, is in a lucky position to be very well supported in her “personal journey with cancer” doctors, nurses and family and friends, even though she had refused conventional treatment at diagnosis in 2009 – and journey it was including shamans in the amazonian rainforest – ultimately being graced with remission at home with her mind and the help of her osteopath.
Recorded in November at https://forestrowlocal.co.uk/community-event/a-personal-journey-with-cancer/ and first came to my attention via bisforbananascisforcancer.wordpress.com/2017/01/02/happy-2017-and-a-video-natasha-laing-from-stage-4-breast-cancer-to-remission/#more-4908
Enjoy – this is a joyous presentation throughout. It’s not just an approach to cancer – it’s about an approach to life!
A quick google shows the research into ‘spontaneous regression of cancer’ is gaining momentum exponentially with our increased understanding of immunity and the brain-body feedback loops, signaling molecules and the importance of the cells environment – the matrix. I was lucky enough some years ago to hear Mina Bissell lecture on stemcells in person. She too knows that cancer is not about ‘fighting for peace’ and killing a bunch of civilians you were trying to save in the process. Respect Thy Neighbor: Why We Will Not Cure Cancer by Treating Only the Cancer Cells https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_-FLuMKNBSA and if that’s too complex try the short peppy TED talk version https://www.ted.com/talks/mina_bissell_experiments_that_point_to_a_new_understanding_of_cancer
“A real cosmology must be a broad and coherent natural philosophy. It may always be incomplete, based on our limitations, but to be valid there can be no exceptions in our experience. In particular, cosmology must address issues of life and the human condition. Therefore it must be a truly interdisciplinary pursuit.” – Wallace Thornhill
In October 2014 Astrotas sponsored philosopher & physicist Wallace Thornhill from Canberra to present the paradigm shattering Electric Universe theory. This was a truly mind expanding talk drawing on his 5 decades of accumulated knowledge. Wallace is a modern Galileo whose work, following on from that of Ralph Juergens, is at odds with the current erroneous cosmology of the Big Bang and Einstein’s theory of Relativity. It was pretty amazing to have people flying in from Melbourne and Sydney to listen to him!
Wallace kindly helped us put together a video of his talk which serves as a fine introduction to his life’s work without overwhelming technical detail. In preparing his talk I asked him to assume no background knowledge of electricity in the audience except an ability to put batteries in the right way round.
The good news – no global warming, we have a unified theory of everything, the universe is not full of weird behaviors and stuff can travel faster than light
The bad news – no more alternate universes or time travel for Dr Who script writers, and we have to somehow convince more mainstream scientists to walk away from imaginary complex mathematical models and their (expensive) errors eg. designing a comet lander for an icy ‘dirty snowball’ instead of a rocky chunk ejected electrostatically from a planet.
Books mentioned by Wal:
The following month he was off to Portland Oregon for a high powered EU workshop where he delivered the technical version of his stunning “Theory of Everything” in a mere 45 mins! Cosmology for the 21st Century – video below. Further personal commentary on the EU theory are in posts in this blog (including an simple explanation of the electric theory of gravity discussed briefly by Wal ) It is time to rewrite the textbooks!
Coinciding with Tasmanian elections but independant of any political party we screened a few short videos on coal seam gas extraction by fracking in the Karoo, the vast heart of South Africa. video 2 video 1
Quite timely considering the eruption in the press a few days before – “A leaking pond that contaminated an aquifer with uranium at levels 20 times safe drinking guidelines is still being used, despite coal seam gas operator Santos knowing it was faulty more than two years ago.
Santos eastern Australia vice-president James Baulderstone confirmed on Monday that Bibblewindi pond at the site in the Pilliga forest, in north-west NSW, was being used to store water from previous operations, which was produced from exploratory drilling into coal seams. Poor quality pond lining has been blamed.” SMH 10 march 2014
the fine was $1500 in australian pesos
worse the MAX fine possible was $1 million; worser according to NSW govt. “The CSG industry in NSW is subject to the toughest controls in Australia.” begging the question which state’s got the flimsiest? Does anyone else find it alarming that there isn’t a national consensus on best practice? There is now a ban on evaporation ponds in NSW and the site is being cleaned up – http://www.csg.nsw.gov.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0018/41535/FactSheet.pdf
proving the sentiment expressed by investigative filmaker Jolynn Minaar that the CSG regulatory bodies are unable to protect the environment since they are making it up as they go along. You can watch her full length documentary ‘Un-earthed’ here : http://youtu.be/IPIEzSwPwT0 and keep abreast of coal seam gas in Tasmania here: https://www.facebook.com/pages/Stop-Unconventional-Mining-Tasmania/489647581112052
I’ll let the global health experts from Melbourne University sum it up
It is clear that Australia must quickly move beyond its reliance on coal for health and environmental reasons. However, when taking into consideration the uncertainties over health risks, the unfavourable comparisons with other energy options, the climate risks associated with fugitive emissions, the moral obligations Australia faces as a gas exporter, the potential displacement of renewables and doubts raised over the claim that gas will prove to be a cheap energy option,33 the scale is firmly tipped against the further development of unconventional gas. ~ https://www.mja.com.au/journal/2014/200/4/harms-unknown-health-uncertainties-cast-doubt-role-unconventional-gas-australias

Dr. Burzynski is still under attack (incredible isn’t it?) A former Burzynski patient from WA Shontelle Hiron has uploaded her video archive of the television reports that were done by A current affair to facebook: http://www.facebook.com/permalink.php?story_fbid=309685522391642&id=318281183441
There is a new release of the video Cancer is serious business with extended footage available at the website www.burzynskimovie.com and if you want to show your friends it is now on the documentary channel for online viewing http://documentarychannel.com/movie.php?currID=9686&t=Burzynski:-Cancer-is-Serious-Business
I have tracked down some free copies of books pertinent to previous meetings on the internet:
The_Miracle_of_Fasting by Paul Bragg
” the third element of blood ” by Antoine Bechamp
(I still have several meeting reports to catch up on – notably uploading the video and photographs from the farm visit.) Happy New year! Carolyn Rutter VP

ok so the weather was not perfect and the fire gave up but the diehard astrians were rewarded with many sunny breaks and yummy food. It was quite cosy around the picnic table when Rodger finally reappeared with his wife to demonstrate seed sprouting with his home made sprouters.

The sun came right out and we got almost hot on the little walk bushwalk to view Elizabeth and John’s wedding spot under the massive manferns and Josie found the geocache for the second time on the trail to Thorsby’s Tunnel – an old silver mine. Finally only Rodger and Carolyn braved the narrow entrance and cave spiders! to view the workings. Good spot to ripen a unique tassie cheese perhaps?
